Dr. Chondronikola is a highly accomplished clinician-scientist specializing in clinical studies of human metabolism. With a strong background in human nutrition and metabolism research, coupled with extensive clinical experience, she is uniquely positioned to investigate the effects of time-restricted eating on cardiometabolic health through advanced techniques.

Marina Metaxaki MSci, RN
Research Nurse

Miss Metaxaki is a research nurse with experience in clinical research studies and performing molecular assessments in biological samples collected from patients and research participants. In this study, she will be the key contact person for participants and she will be also assisting the rest of the team during the metabolic assessment visits.

Holly Zhu, BS, MAS
Nutritionist and Research Assistant

Ms. Zhu is a nutritionist and research assistant. She has been working since 2020 with Dr. Chondronikola in different nutrition intervention studies. She is also in process of completing her doctoral studies as part of this study
