How to find us
The Translational Research Facility is situated in the Cambridge Clinical Research Centre on Keith Day Road, which is next to the Addenbrooke’s Treatment Centre, and part of the Cambridge Biomedical Centre. Please make yourself known to the Reception Desk on arrival.
Bus. Regular bus services, including the Guided Busway, Citi 1 and Citi 7 services, run between the city centre, bus station, railway station and Addenbrooke’s Hospital.
Car. There is limited on-site car parking for staff and visitors, so we suggest you use the nearby park-and-ride facility if possible. If you are arriving from the North of the city there is a park and ride centre based in Trumpington, if you are arriving from the South there is a site a Babraham. The Trumpington site offers the Guided Busway to the hospital and the Babraham site offers the double decker bus service.
If you do need to travel by car the most convenient car park is the Car Park 2.
If you are using any type of route finder the postcode CB2 0QQ will direct you to the hospital site. Please the see the map attachment for directions.
Cycling. Cycle parking is available outside the main entrance to the CCRC building on Keith Day Road.
Rail. There are frequent train services to Cambridge Station from London King’s Cross or London Liverpool Street. Citi 1 and Citi 7 buses stop outside the train station and go directly to Addenbrooke’s Hospital. Alternatively, a taxi to the TRF will cost about £12 (journey time about 20 minutes).
